The administrator will own the setup, configuration, patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Siebel environments across Development, Test, and Production; support end users; diagnose and resolve production incidents; and maintain the interfaces between Siebel and external systems.

Core Responsibilities
Environment Management
Set up and maintain Siebel environments across Development, Test, and Production.
Install, configure, and patch Siebel environments.
Administer Siebel Server, Gateway, and Enterprise Server components.
Manage SSL certificates across Siebel environments.
Perform migrations between environments using the Siebel Migration tool.
Performance & Monitoring
Monitor Siebel environment performance and system health.
Perform performance tuning across the Siebel stack.
Maintain and execute backup and recovery processes.
End User & Production Support Support end users of the Siebel CRM application.
Handle production incidents through to resolution.
Maintain documentation and support process management.
Troubleshooting
Diagnose and resolve server crashes.
Diagnose and resolve object manager issues.
Diagnose and resolve integration failures.
Perform log analysis and drive issues to resolution.
Integration & Middleware (Preferred)
Experience with web services — SOAP and REST.
Experience with middleware tools such as Oracle SOA Suite and MuleSoft.
Understanding of the interfaces between Siebel and external systems.
