Tech Agentic AI PM Program Manager

They are looking for a strong PM to program-manage their AI Tech transformation across Agentic SDLC, IAM (Identity and provisioning for Agents), AI Ops production support, Metrics & Token omics, and Infra Ops.

Job Description:

PM would be responsible for

Program governance

• Owning the integrated plan across all five workstreams - milestones, dependencies and critical path.
• Running the operating cadence: workstream reviews, stage gates, steering committee and the decision log.
• Making sure decisions taken in governance forums are followed through

Delivery

• Holding workstream leads to committed dates and quality, and escalating early where they slip.
• Managing cross-workstream dependencies particularly between Agentic SDLC, IAM and AI Ops
• Strong understanding of SDLC

Technical judgement

• Understanding enough of what each workstream is building to challenge estimates, risks and design decisions.
• Translating between engineering teams and senior non-technical stakeholders without losing accuracy in either direction.

Reporting and value

• Producing a single, honest status view for CoE leadership and the program sponsors.
• Working with the Metrics and Tokenomics workstream to track benefits and cost against the business case.
• Managing risk and driving mitigation rather than simply recording it.

Stakeholders management

• CoE leadership, workstream leads, engineering, infrastructure, information security, risk and control, finance, and the departmental AI leads whose plans feed the program.
