Finance AI Program — Program Manager (Contract)
Role summary: Owns the governance and delivery-integrity function for Finance's AI transformation portfolio — the program leader ensures that solutions are scoped, reviewed, and controlled correctly as they move from intake through production. Partners across Finance, Technology, and Internal Audit to run intake/prioritization, and delivery review for AI solutions.
Core Responsibilities
· Own intake and prioritization for the Finance AI portfolio — maintaining a scoring rubric and triage cadence, a live backlog/pipeline tracker with status, owner, and stage-gate, returning incomplete requests with specific gaps, and producing decision-ready packets ahead of portfolio review.
· Lead delivery review for active AI initiatives end-to-end, owning the agenda, pre-reads, and a live issues/escalation log, and surfacing only blocked or at-risk items to leadership rather than full status readouts.
· Build and maintain a RACI across the full lifecycle — intake, build, policy/legal review, deployment, and post-launch monitoring — with documented stage-gate and approval criteria at each handoff (e.g., what "ready for build" or "ready for policy review" means).
· Own cross-functional handoffs between Finance PMO, TMO, Legal/Privacy, and Engineering, via a documented handoff protocol so work doesn't stall between teams.
· Coordinate production launch readiness in partnership with Technology and functional teams — deployment checklists, user communications, training handoff, monitoring activation, and documented business-owner acceptance before go-live.
· Maintain a single source-of-truth program status rollup on a weekly/biweekly cadence, written for both CFO-level and working-team audiences.
· Maintain a Confluence space for the program — intake templates, RACI, process maps, and decision log — including an onboarding doc for new use cases entering the pipeline.
