Program Leadership
· Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and Cloud transformation programs.
· Define program roadmap, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics.
· Drive execution across multiple concurrent workstreams and cross-functional teams.
· Ensure alignment between business objectives, technology teams, and delivery organizations.
· Change management.
· PMO & Governance Excellence
· Establish and maintain strong PMO governance processes.
· Drive program reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive reporting.
· onitor program health through dashboards, KPIs, RAID logs, and status reports.
· Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Stakeholder Management
· Engage and influence senior leadership, business stakeholders, delivery teams, and clients.
· Act as the primary escalation point for program issues and risks.
· Build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
· Provide clear communication and executive-level presentations on program progress.
