Job Summary:
Seeking a Senior AI Agent Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade conversational AI agents and intelligent workflow automations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop conversational AI agents using Google Cloud / GECX / Dialogflow CX and Vertex AI.
Build REST APIs, webhooks, and microservices using Python, .NET/C#, TypeScript, and JavaScript/Node.js.
Integrate AI agents with Azure and ServiceNow enterprise platforms.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and YAML.
Build automated unit, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing frameworks.
Develop complex SQL queries and support enterprise data operations.
Implement agent context management, prompt engineering, fallback, and human escalation workflows.
Participate in SAFe Agile, PI planning, sprint execution, and cross-team coordination.
