Position: Sr. AI Agent Developer
Location: NY (Hybrid)

Job Summary:
Seeking a Senior AI Agent Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade conversational AI agents and intelligent workflow automations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop conversational AI agents using Google Cloud / GECX / Dialogflow CX and Vertex AI.
• Build REST APIs, webhooks, and microservices using Python, .NET/C#, TypeScript, and JavaScript/Node.js.
• Integrate AI agents with Azure and ServiceNow enterprise platforms.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and YAML.
• Build automated unit, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing frameworks.
• Develop complex SQL queries and support enterprise data operations.
• Implement agent context management, prompt engineering, fallback, and human escalation workflows.
• Participate in SAFe Agile, PI planning, sprint execution, and cross-team coordination.
