We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Garland, TX. (2nd and 3rd Shifts)

Job DetailsWhat You?ll Be Doing:
- \tTroubleshoot and maintain production equipment across:
o\tProcessing
o\tPackaging
o\tWarehouse systems
o\tPlant utilities
- \tSupport highly automated equipment including:
o\tFillers
o\tCase packers
o\tPalletizers
o\tConveyors
- \tMaintain utility systems including:
o\tBoilers
o\tAir compressors
o\tAmmonia refrigeration
o\tWastewater systems
- \tWork closely with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations teams
- \tPerform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs
- \tFollow GMP, food safety, and housekeeping standards
- \tSupport building maintenance as needed
What You Bring:
Electrical:
- \tAbility to read electrical schematics
- \t480V 3-phase troubleshooting and wiring
- \tLow-voltage controls
- \tVFDs and servo systems
Mechanical:
- \tWelding (MIG, TIG, Arc)
- \tPumps, valves, gearboxes
- \tPneumatic and hydraulic systems
- \tMill and lathe experience preferred
Controls:
- \tAllen Bradley PLC experience:
o\tSLC 500
o\tPLC 5
o\tLogix 5000
Additional:
- \tCMMS experience preferred
- \tFood or dairy manufacturing experience preferred
- \tAbility to lift 50 lbs and work active shifts
