Summary

Program / Project Manager with Data Center Operation

NYC,NY (4days onsite)

Required Skills:

Minimum 12+ years of IT Experience required
Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Project manager or Program manager
Strong hands on experience with building data center operations.
Data center infrastructure: Server rooms, racks, cabling, structured cabling, raised floors, physical security.
Power systems: UPS, PDU, generators, ATS, electrical distribution, backup power, power monitoring.
Compliance & security: Physical access controls, audits, change management, SOPs/MOPs/EOPs, and security standards.
Maintenance: Preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, equipment replacement, and planned shutdowns.
Data center standards: Familiarity with concepts such as Uptime Institute Tier standards, TIA-942, ISO 27001, and ASHRAE guidelines.
PMP or equivalent is plus
