Description The Senior Manager, Test Engineering, leads the test engineering team responsible for developing new digital, analog, and automated semiconductor test solutions. This role will also provide sustained engineering support for Rochester manufacturing. In this role, the manager is accountable for establishing required technology capabilities of the Test operations area and driving yield, cost, and cycle time improvements in the Test manufacturing areas.
