Your New Role
Work as an HVAC Technician throughout the North Austin Metro area and the I 35 corridor in Texas, serving Bell, Williamson, Travis, and McLennan counties.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
Service heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment.
Inspect HVAC equipment and identify mechanical and electrical issues.
Determine appropriate repair needs and explain recommendations clearly and professionally to homeowners and customers.
Provide dependable customer service while maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
Complete service documentation accurately using company software and mobile technology.
Keep your company vehicle, HVAC tools, and service equipment properly maintained.
Occasionally assist with HVAC equipment installations.
Follow established safety procedures and HVAC industry best practices.
Manage service calls independently while maintaining clear communication with the owner and team.
Represent Irish Air with integrity, professionalism, and reliability.

3 to 5 years of residential and/or light commercial HVAC service experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
EPA Universal Certification required.
Strong knowledge of HVAC diagnostics, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair.
Experience servicing residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems.
Ability to identify mechanical and electrical HVAC issues.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
Coachable approach with a willingness to learn and follow company processes.
Ability to work independently and manage daily HVAC service calls.
Valid driver\'s license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to safely lift equipment and perform work in indoor and outdoor environments.
Proficiency with mobile technology for service documentation.
