Your New Role

• Provide residential and light commercial HVAC service throughout the I 35 corridor, including Bell, Williamson, Travis, and McLennan counties.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment.

• Inspect HVAC systems and identify mechanical and electrical problems.

• Provide homeowners and customers with clear, professional explanations of recommended repairs.

• Deliver dependable customer service while maintaining a clean and professional appearance.

• Accurately complete service documentation using company software and mobile technology.

• Keep your company vehicle, tools, and equipment maintained and ready for service calls.

• Assist occasionally with HVAC equipment installations.

• Follow established safety procedures and HVAC industry best practices.

• Manage service work independently while staying in clear communication with the owner and team.

• Represent Irish Air with professionalism, reliability, and integrity.

• 3 to 5 years of residential and/or light commercial HVAC service experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• EPA Universal Certification required.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC diagnostics, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair.

• Experience servicing residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Professional attitude and strong work ethic.

• Willingness to learn, receive coaching, and follow company processes.

• Ability to work independently and manage daily HVAC service calls.

• Valid driver\'s license with an acceptable driving record.

• Ability to safely lift equipment and perform work in indoor and outdoor environments.

• Proficiency with mobile technology used for service documentation.
