Job Title: Senior Software Engineer- Sr Java Full Stack Developer
Work Location: O'Fallon, MO

Important: Only candidates who are currently located in or near O'Fallon, Missouri and are comfortable working in a hybrid environment will be considered.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer to support the development of a highly scalable, cloud-native payment orchestration platform. The platform will enable cardholders to seamlessly access digital services directly through their banking applications using a streamlined integration architecture.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in full-stack development, microservices, AWS cloud technologies, Kubernetes, API integration, infrastructure automation, and modern cloud-native engineering practices.
8 12+ years of software engineering/full-stack development experience.
Strong backend development experience with Java and/or Golang.
Experience developing scalable, domain-driven microservices and REST APIs.
Experience with Python FastAPI is highly desirable.
Strong frontend development experience using Angular and/or React.
Experience integrating backend APIs with mobile applications or mobile SDKs.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
Experience deploying and operating applications using AWS ECS and Fargate.
Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native application architectures.
Experience with AWS Graviton/ARM64 environments is preferred.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or AWS CloudFormation.
Strong understanding of API orchestration, distributed systems, microservices architecture, scalability, and reliability.
Experience troubleshooting applications across frontend/mobile, backend APIs, cloud infrastructure, and runtime environments.
Experience integrating AI-powered or AI-native capabilities into enterprise applications is preferred.
Exposure to Amazon Bedrock is highly desirable.
Experience with Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Runtime is an added advantage.
Ability to troubleshoot integrations across mobile, backend, AWS infrastructure, and AI runtime layers.
