You’ll join an active workstream spanning Finance, Product, Engineering, Systems, RevOps, and data .
migration. You’ll interview stakeholders, quickly establish what has been decided, understand current
processes and systems, and identify what remains unresolved. You’ll turn those findings into requirements and user stories, then partner with Systems through its agile delivery processes to define and deliver solutions.
The work includes coordinating connected QTC capabilities and dependencies across Salesforce, NetSuite, and product engineering platforms, including quoting, contracting, account and billing relationships, provisioning, billing, and downstream finance. Account consolidation is one example of the broader coordination challenge: decisions need to work across Salesforce, product accounts, billing accounts, NetSuite, Zendesk, and related systems.
