Job title: Senior Technical Product Manager
Location: Bay Area, California (Hybrid)

We are seeking Senior Technical Product Managers / Product Architects who possess a strong blend of business, functional, and technical expertise within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) domain.
These professionals will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating business requirements into scalable product capabilities, technical requirements, and solution designs.
The ideal candidates should have a strong understanding of Salesforce and NetSuite, particularly how these platforms support enterprise business processes and O2C workflows. They should be capable of independently owning workstreams, driving solution discussions, and ensuring successful product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product and solution discovery workshops.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into:
- Product capabilities
- User stories
- Technical requirements
- Solution designs
- Drive backlog prioritization and roadmap planning.
- Partner with business stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Design solutions for complex Order-to-Cash business processes.
- Identify cross-system dependencies and integration requirements.
- Consider Salesforce and NetSuite capabilities when defining business and technical solutions.
- Support product delivery and implementation activities.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and executive communication.
- Independently own and drive large-scale initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Senior Technical Product Manager, Product Architect, or Technical Business Systems Analyst experience.
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes, including:
- Customer Onboarding
- Product Configuration
- Order Management
- Billing
- Invoicing
- Revenue Recognition
- Collections
- Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Understanding of how Salesforce and NetSuite are used within enterprise business processes and O2C workflows.
- Ability to understand and discuss Salesforce and NetSuite capabilities, integrations, and system dependencies with business and technical teams.
- Experience defining business and system requirements.
- Strong solution architecture and process design skills.
- Experience working with enterprise applications and integrations.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to independently own and drive large-scale initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Salesforce and NetSuite implementation or transformation programs.
- Understanding of CRM and ERP platforms.
- Familiarity with enterprise integrations, APIs, and cross-system data flows.
- Experience working with Agile product development methodologies.
