RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Oakwood, GA that is seeking a Data & Analytics Lead. This is an individual contributor role with broad functional leadership responsibility across business stakeholders and delivery partners.
Summary:
The Data & Analytics Lead is a senior individual contributor within the enterprise Data Analytics & AI organization. This role provides senior level leadership without direct people management responsibility. It leads the business analytics lifecycle from intake and discovery through detailed requirements, delivery coordination, rollout, training, utilization measurement, and sustained adoption.
Duties:
* Serve as the primary reporting and analytics partner for leaders across company functions
* Lead discovery sessions that translate broad requests into clearly defined business problems, users, workflows, expected outcomes, and actionable use cases
* Advise business partners on how reporting, analytics, self-service, and analytical models can improve visibility, decisions, efficiency, cost, margin, service, and operational performance
* Establish clear business sponsorship, subject-matter expertise, validation responsibility, and ongoing ownership for prioritized analytics products
* Help establish the operating model, processes, standards, governance, and delivery practices required to build enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities from the ground up
* Develop repeatable approaches for business engagement, use-case intake, prioritization, requirements, delivery, rollout, adoption, and value measurement
* Help shape the long-term vision and roadmap for enterprise reporting, analytics, self-service, and analytical decision support
* Identify opportunities to retire, consolidate, automate, or modernize fragmented and duplicative reporting
* Coordinates closely with business subject-matter experts, reporting and BI resources, data platform, data governance, AI/Copilot, UX, and consulting teams
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong understanding of business strategies, processes, performance drivers, pain points, goals, and decision-making needs
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
