Experience in medical devices or another regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
Familiarity with ISO 13485, equipment controls, and IQ/OQ/PQ concepts preferred.
Attention to detail and craftsmanship when working on precision assemblies.
Structured troubleshooting and accurate documentation of technical findings.
Ability to follow approved processes, work independently, and demonstrate ownership and accountability.
Clear communication and collaboration across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Operations.
