Position: Java Backend API Engineer
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)
Type: Contract

Job Description:

• 6- 9 years of experience in a Java 11 or later, Spring boot, Hibernate, SOAP Web services
• Experience in application design, software development, and testing, in an Agile environment.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases and Google Cloud Platform
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs for high volume clients.
• Experience with continuous integration tools & container orchestration technologies (e.g. Docker and Kubernetes)
• Experience working on asynchronous programming and messaging systems like Kafka
• Amex experience is highly preferred
