Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and cloud technologies, with experience building enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java 8/11/17 and Spring Boot.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and Microservices.
Develop scalable and secure enterprise applications.
Collaborate with front-end developers, architects, QA, and DevOps teams.
Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following coding standards.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and production support.
Integrate applications with databases, messaging systems, and third-party APIs.
Work with CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvements.

Required Skills

10+ years of experience in Java Backend Development.
Strong proficiency in Java 8/11/17.
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security.
Experience with Microservices Architecture.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs and API integration.
Experience with Hibernate/JPA.
Good understanding of SQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB is a plus).
Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging platforms.
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform cloud platforms.
Familiarity with Git, Maven, Gradle, and Jenkins.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
