QA Automation with Pega
Location : Atlanta, GA or Oakland, CA (Onsite from day 1)

Role Summary
Key Requirements
· Strong hands-on experience developing and maintaining test automation frameworks.
· Experience with UI, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end test automation.
· Strong experience with API testing, including REST/SOAP services and enterprise integrations.
· Experience developing reusable automation components and automated regression suites.
· Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
· Hands-on experience using AI/GenAI tools to improve test automation and Quality Engineering.
· Experience with AI-assisted test-case generation, test-data generation, automation-code generation, and test-script maintenance.
· Experience using tools such as GitHub Copilot for AI-assisted automation development.
· Ability to use AI to identify test coverage gaps, regression risks, defects, and potential failure scenarios.
· Experience with AI-assisted defect and root-cause analysis.
· Experience testing AI/GenAI-enabled applications and understanding the challenges of validating non-deterministic AI-generated outputs.
Pega Testing Experience – Highly Preferred
Candidates with hands-on Pega application testing experience are highly preferred, especially:
· Pega case management and workflow testing
· Pega Constellation UI
· Case Types, Stages, Assignments, SLAs, and business rules
· Pega-based enterprise applications
Preferred Technical / Domain Experience
· Java / Spring Boot APIs and Microservices
· Healthcare, dental, insurance, claims, clinical, enrollment, provider management, or contact-center applications
· Large-scale enterprise modernization programs
· Experience working with enterprise applications and complex integrations
