OverviewOur client is seeking an experienced
Genesys Cloud Developer to join their Care Center team. This individual will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of IVR solutions, contact routing, and customer interaction workflows using
Genesys Cloud Architect. The role will also support integrations through
Genesys Cloud APIs, Data Actions, and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement IVR flows, contact routing, and bot integrations using Genesys Cloud Architect across inbound and outbound voice, email, and SMS channels.
- Develop custom integrations with internal systems and third-party applications using RESTful APIs, Genesys Cloud APIs, and webhooks.
- Configure and maintain Data Actions and system integrations.
- Create, manage, and update outbound campaigns and contact lists.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, code reviews, standups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation for workflows, integrations, deployment processes, and solution designs.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a high-performing development team.

Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate will have extensive experience building and supporting enterprise contact center solutions within Genesys Cloud. They should be comfortable designing complex IVR experiences, creating API-driven integrations, and working in a collaborative Agile environment.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pittsburgh, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
