Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Senior Associate, IT Tech for an Onsite position with a Global Biotechnology Company located in Plainsboro, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for providing dedicated audio-visual support for a variety of meeting environments, including executive and high-profile events. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, and AV hardware such as Crestron and Poly devices, ensuring seamless meeting experiences and reliable system performance.
Responsibilities: - Support Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, Crestron, and Poly devices
- Prepare and support business and executive meetings, including pre-meeting checks, rehearsals, and live troubleshooting
- Perform daily meeting room sweeps, preventive maintenance, and approved software and firmware updates
- Manage ServiceNow incidents and requests, maintaining accurate tickets and meeting agreed SLAs and KPIs
- Maintain AV inventory, asset records, and support documentation
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, replacements, installations, and escalations
- Collaborate with Facilities, business stakeholders, and global IT teams to resolve issues and improve service reliability
Requirements: - Hands-on experience supporting AV systems and Microsoft Teams meeting environments
- Experience supporting live production environments, including event preparation, rehearsals, and real-time AV troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of Crestron, Poly, and basic AV networking
- Experience with ServiceNow, ticket ownership, SLAs, and service performance reporting
- Experience supporting executives and high-profile meetings with professionalism and discretion
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills

Pay range: up to $51.09 per hour
