job summary:
For this contractor assignment, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented App Specialist contractor supporting our Project Management organization. This contractor will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of project management initiatives by providing technical support, supporting training sessions, maintaining systems and applications, and troubleshooting issues. This assignment requires excellent problem-solving skills, responsiveness, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

responsibilities:
- - Respond promptly to service requests and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- - Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for applications such as PWA (Project Web App), MS Project, Planview AgilePlace, PowerApps, Power Automate and other project management tools.
- - Conduct license audits for tools such as MSPS, Planview AgilePlace.
- - Assist in setting up QA environments and supporting tools for project management training sessions.
- - Ensure training environments are ready and provide on-site technical support during sessions to address any issues
qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or higher in an IT or Business related discipline (such as MIS, Business Management) and a minimum of four years of related work experience in technical tool administration that involves creating, testing, configuring, updating, manipulating, and/or scripting technical tools or applications.
- In lieu of the above combination of education and experience, a minimum of six years of related work experience in technical tool administration experience creating, testing, configuring, updating, manipulating, and/or scripting technical tools or applications.
