Summary

Job Title: Product Owner with Pricing Strategy Exp. Location: New Jersey/Charlotte, NC/Plano, TX (Onsite)
Duration: Contract

Product Owner with Pricing Strategy expertise to lead the development and enhancement of pricing platforms, rate management solutions, and revenue optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams, define product vision, manage backlogs, and drive pricing strategy execution across commercial banking, lending, payments, treasury management, or financial services products.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, prioritize, and translate pricing and revenue management requirements into actionable product initiatives.
Own and manage the product roadmap, backlog, and strategic vision for enterprise pricing and profitability solutions.
Partner with pricing, finance, sales, operations, and technology teams to deliver scalable pricing, fee management, and profitability optimization capabilities.
Create detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics to support Agile development.
Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Drive continuous enhancements to pricing platforms by improving pricing accuracy, transparency, operational efficiency, and customer profitability.
Monitor pricing performance, revenue trends, market insights, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for product improvements.
Work closely with regulatory, risk, compliance, and governance teams to ensure pricing solutions adhere to organizational policies and industry regulations.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployments, release planning, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful product delivery.
Define and track KPIs, product performance metrics, and business outcomes to support data-driven product decisions and continuous improvement.
Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring alignment on product vision, priorities, and delivery timelines.
Support change management, user adoption, and documentation efforts for new pricing features and enhancements.
