We are looking for Accountant III for our client in Princeton, NJ

Job Title: Accountant III

Job Location: Princeton, NJ

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $44.17hr - $49.17hr

Requirement/Must Have:

1+ years of progressive accounting experience.
Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Strong communication, technical accounting, organizational, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
Reconcile sub-ledgers to the general ledger and maintain key balance sheet reconciliations.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including footnote disclosures, and management reporting.
Support financial consolidations, including intercompany reconciliations and eliminations.
Support internal controls (SOX) and participate in audit requests.
Identify process improvements and support team development.

Nice to Have:

Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated industry.
Experience in Oracle, Onestream, Workiva, and Blackline.

Qualification And Education:

CPA is a plus.
Familiarity with ERP systems.
