Description Client is seeking a Senior Accountant responsible for leading core accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, and supporting the monthly and year-end close processes. This role owns key areas of the general ledger and performs advanced accounting analysis while reviewing and approving work prepared by accounting staff. The position combines hands-on general ledger responsibility, cost accounting exposure, and operational accounting oversight, including customer programs, fixed assets, reconciliations, and transactional accounting processes. The Senior Accountant operates with a high degree of independence and judgment, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies while driving process improvements and supporting management reporting.

5. Banking & Cash Controls
6. Cost Accounting & Inventory Support
7. A/P and A/R Oversight & Support
8. Supervision of Accounting Work
9. Audit & Compliance Support
REQUIREMENTS: - Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting
- Advanced Excel Skills
- ERP system experience (Microsoft D365 preferred)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelor''s degree in Accounting
- 5–7+ years accounting experience
- CPA or CPA-track a plus
- Manufacturing or cost accounting experience preferred
- Experience supervising or reviewing staff work preferred
- Power BI and D365
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees to maximize Performance, creativity, problem solving and results
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Multi-tasking and coordinating projects with changing priorities
- Working knowledge of Windows based operating system
- Ability to communicate and motivate clearly and effectively with internal and external contacts via in-person meetings, telephone, and written communication
- People management and ability to make effective business decisions in the best interest of the Company

- Strong Presentation skills
- Ability to travel less than 10%
- Office Products Industry a plus
