Job Description:
Onsite Support Engineer providing PC, mobile, and hardware troubleshooting, hands-and-eyes assistance, meeting room and event support, smart-hands collaboration and telephony equipment setup, and office moves. As the Service Desk Lead, responsible for day-to-day Service Desk operations for Ramboll Global IT, ensuring consistent, high-quality support aligned with agreed SLAs and ITIL processes. Provides hands-on operational leadership, supervises L0/L1 agents, manages escalations, and delivers an excellent end-user experience. Key skills include desktop management within Infrastructure Services and adherence to ITSM best practices.
