Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the desktop and network support team.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows OS, LAN/WAN, VPN, and connectivity issues.
Handle complex technical escalations and incident management.
Provide hands-on deskside support to onsite users.
Coordinate with infrastructure and network teams to resolve technical issues.
Mentor team members and ensure timely resolution of support tickets.

Required Skills

Strong Deskside/Desktop Support experience.
Network Support and troubleshooting.
Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365, LAN/WAN, and VPN.
Incident, problem, and escalation management.
Proven technical leadership and team coordination experience.
Must be available to work onsite in Raritan, NJ.
