Position: AEM Content Editor
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6+ Months

Requests come through an internal request system and are completed in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Cloud.
· Work ranges from simple page updates to more complex, multi-page projects.
· The role is primarily a content implementer/editor, not a writer, designer or developer.
· Publishing rights will be limited initially, and all work will follow an established review and approval process.
Core Responsibilities
· Build and update component-based webpages using existing templates and Adobe Core Components.
· Perform a final quality review before content is published.
· Check for:
o Formatting or layout issues
o Incorrect images
o Broken links
o Accessibility concerns
o Content that does not meet established web standards
· Support high-volume campaigns, particularly during giving season.
· Provide a second set of eyes on complex projects and projects with multiple iterations.
· Handle both large assignments, such as removing hundreds of URLs, and smaller page-building requests.
· Occasionally crop or resize images; basic Photoshop skills would be helpful but are not essential.
Required Skills
· Hands-on experience with AEM page authoring.
· Comfortable building pages from existing templates rather than creating pages from scratch.
· Strong attention to detail and editing experience.
· Able to work quickly while following established processes and team guidance.
· Collaborative, adaptable and comfortable taking direction.
· Basic understanding of:
o Web accessibility
o Relative versus absolute links
o Page quality assurance
o Component-based webpage construction
Preferred AEM Experience
· Familiarity with AEM Launches, including scheduling and managing future publication.
· Experience using Experience Fragments and understanding how they differ from Content Fragments.
· Exposure to content architecture or setting up fragments would be beneficial but is not required.
· Familiarity with AEM Multisite Manager would be helpful.
· Experience supporting related English and Spanish webpages is a plus, although Spanish fluency is not required.
