- Write evaluation and regression tests for non-deterministic outputs, including golden datasets and acceptance thresholds
- Apply AI Security Standard guardrails including prompt injection defenses, tool restrictions, and output filtering
- Instrument agents for observability and auditability (decision traces, tool-call telemetry, token/cost metrics, quality signals)
- Participate in code reviews, architecture reviews, and sprint ceremonies
- Support production operations and contribute to post-incident improvements
Primary Requirements: - 3+ years in software engineering
- 1+ year of experience with LLM-enabled applications, agent frameworks, or AI/ML systems

- Working knowledge of CI/CD and containerization (Docker)
Desired Skills: - Experience implementing RAG systems and retrieval debugging techniques
- Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI)
