Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong Python & SQL development experience
  • Hands-on experience building LLM/GenAI applications (beyond chatbots/POCs)
  • Expertise in RAG, Function Calling, Structured Outputs, AI Evaluations
  • Strong Backend/API development (Auth, Validation, Error Handling, Testing)
  • Experience with Databricks or similar enterprise data platforms
  • Knowledge of Data Modeling, Relational Databases, Audit & Transaction Management
  • Cloud experience, preferably Azure
  • Proficiency in Git, CI/CD, Code Reviews, Deployment Automation
  • Strong troubleshooting across application, data, integration, and infrastructure layers
  • Understanding of secure enterprise development and sensitive data handling
  • Excellent communication and ability to work independently in cross-functional teams
