Job Title: Product Architect – W2
Remote
We are looking for a business-facing AI Product Architect / Product Solution Architect who can work directly with business stakeholders to understand business problems, gather requirements, qualify AI use cases, and drive solutions through delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct stakeholder discovery and gather/document business requirements.
Evaluate AI use cases based on business value, feasibility, risk, and expected outcomes.
Define users, workflows, business rules, requirements, success criteria, and KPIs.
Develop PRDs/BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, roadmaps, and prioritization frameworks.
Bridge business stakeholders with Product, Architecture, Engineering, Data, and AI teams.
Orchestrate initiatives from discovery through delivery, governance, adoption, and measurement.
Required:
8+ years in AI solutions, technology transformation, product/solution architecture, or related areas.
6+ years in Product Architecture, Product Management, Solution Architecture, or Business Architecture.
Strong stakeholder engagement, business analysis, requirements gathering, and product lifecycle experience.
Experience qualifying and prioritizing AI/technology use cases.
Strong understanding of AI/ML and integration with business processes.
Insurance/Claims experience is a plus.
Technical Knowledge: Azure/AWS, Databricks, Azure AI Foundry, Azure ML, Snowflake Cortex, APIs, Python/R/SQL, MuleSoft/Boomi/Apigee.
Important: This is a business-facing product architecture role, not a pure AI Engineer or hands-on development position.
