Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineering Lead with deep hands-on software engineering experience to drive AI-led transformation across Application Development (AD) and Application Management Services (AMS). The ideal candidate will combine strong technical leadership with the ability to personally architect, prototype, and implement AI-powered solutions using modern SDLC practices, GitHub, AWS, and leading AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead hands-on engineering initiatives to accelerate application development using SDLC.ai and AI-augmented development practices.
* Architect and implement GitHub-based development workflows, including GitHub Copilot, GitHub Actions, repositories, CI/CD, and automation pipelines.
* Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-powered tools and solutions to modernize AMS support offerings.
* Champion AI-led transformation initiatives across the broader Application Development and AMS portfolio.
* Build and rapidly prototype enterprise AI solutions and demonstrate their business and technical value.
* Integrate AI capabilities into existing SDLC, DevOps, development, testing, and support processes.
* Collaborate with engineering, architecture, operations, and business teams to drive adoption of AI-enabled development practices.
* Provide technical leadership and mentoring while remaining actively hands-on with development and implementation.

Required Skills & Experience

* 15+ years of overall IT/software engineering experience with strong technical leadership experience.
* Proven expertise in SDLC.ai practices and AI-augmented software engineering.
* Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, GitHub Actions, repositories, CI/CD workflows, and automation.
* Demonstrated experience designing, building, and deploying enterprise AI solutions.
* Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI-assisted development, and leading AI development tools.
* Strong background leading Application Development (AD) and/or Application Management Services (AMS) engagements.
* Hands-on experience with AWS cloud technologies.
* Ability to rapidly prototype AI solutions and translate prototypes into scalable enterprise implementations.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
* Ability to start immediately and work onsite in the Los Angeles region.

The ideal candidate is a senior, hands-on technologist who can operate effectively as both an individual contributor and technical leader. This person should be comfortable rapidly prototyping AI solutions while simultaneously helping define and execute a broader AI strategy for Application Development and AMS offerings.
