AI Security Scanning Engineer
Fulltime Employment
Remote - USA
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and operate LLM-based vulnerability scanning using AWS Bedrock.
- Develop evaluation/testing frameworks to measure scanner accuracy.
- Build CI/CD scanning pipelines using GitHub, Jenkins, ECS, and Terraform.
- Integrate findings, monitoring, dashboards, and alerts with Splunk.
- Support production operations, patching, tuning, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
- Participate in a 24/7 rotating support schedule with 4 engineers.
- Create runbooks, documentation, and perform structured shift handoffs.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of Security Engineering / Software Development experience.
- AWS / AWS Bedrock experience.
- Terraform / Infrastructure as Code.
- Jenkins + GitHub / CI/CD.
- Application security, SAST/SCA, vulnerability detection knowledge.
- Ability to work independently during off-hours.
- US work authorization without current or future sponsorship.
Preferred:
AWS IAM, ECS, Splunk, Linux, containers, REST APIs, agentic LLM workflows, Agile, and financial services experience.
