Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Self-starter
Enjoys being hands-on
Skilled in systems thinking
Fluent in Python, Java, and one additional language (e.g. Golang, Rust, Javascript, etc)
Versed in cloud-native development
Experienced with implementing GenAI-enabled solutions

Desired Skills & Experience

Regulated industry and cybersecurity domain knowledge

What You Will Be Doing

Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Specialty Software Engineering.
Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Specialty Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Enhances Data Regulatory and Security Compliance
Enables secure modernization of applications, APIs, AI services, and data platforms.
Reduces operational complexity through automated security controls.
Creates reusable enterprise capabilities that support multiple technology portfolios. ?
Accelerates delivery by identifying vulnerabilities early in the development lifecycle.
Supports data modernization initiatives by securing applications and services that process critical enterprise data.
