Job DetailsKey Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers through email, Slack, and virtual meetings.
- Gather customer requirements, feedback, and project details, ensuring information is communicated clearly -to internal stakeholders.
- Create and optimize e-commerce product content including:
- Product titles
- Bullet points
- Product descriptions
- Keywords
- Enhanced product content
- Brand messaging
- Develop concepts and creative direction for product imagery and visual content.
- Review written content, images, and marketing materials to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Utilize AI tools to support research, content development, brainstorming, image generation, and productivity initiatives.
- Prepare customer presentations, reporting materials, marketing collateral, and other customer-facing documentation.
- Track project milestones, approvals, deadlines, and revisions.
- Proactively identify missing information, risks, or project roadblocks and resolve issues before they impact customer deliverables.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and quality control across all assigned projects.
- Take ownership of projects from initial customer request through final delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working directly with customers, clients, or stakeholders.
- Comfortable using AI-powered tools for content creation, research, and workflow efficiency.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Independent, self-motivated, and able to perform with limited supervision.
- Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience creating or optimizing e-commerce product listings.
- Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, customer success, or account management.
- Familiarity with online marketplace platforms.
- Experience creating marketing copy, product descriptions, or advertising content.
- Experience reviewing creative assets and providing feedback on branding, design, and messaging.
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Experience using AI image-generation or image-editing platforms.
- Experience creating simple landing pages or web content.
