Job Title-Business Analyst (Agile/Scrum | Azure DevOps | Accessibility Testing)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join an existing Agile development team. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, customers, developers, and the team lead to gather and analyze requirements, create documentation, support software testing, and ensure the application meets business needs. This role requires excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills, along with experience working in Scrum/Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, developers, and project teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
Create, document, and manage business, functional, user, and non-functional requirements.
Write and maintain user stories, tasks, defects, and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps or similar tools.
Participate in Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Support automated testing initiatives and collaborate with QA teams.
Assist in developing user guides, training materials, and end-user documentation.
Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder meetings.
Ensure software solutions meet accessibility requirements and support accessibility testing efforts.
Communicate project status, issues, and business needs effectively with stakeholders and project teams.
Support production issues and provide customer assistance when required.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements, User Stories, and Non-Functional Requirements.
Create and manage user stories, tasks, and defects using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
Collaborate with business users, developers, QA teams, and project stakeholders.
Participate in Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Perform functional, system, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Support production applications by investigating and resolving customer-reported issues.
Assist with user training, documentation, and user guide development.
Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder meetings.
Support accessibility testing and ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 standards where applicable.

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
2+ years of experience supporting software applications in a production environment and resolving customer-reported issues.
2+ years of experience developing Business Requirements Documentation (BRD).
2+ years of experience conducting full system testing and validating application functionality.
Experience creating user stories, tasks, and defects using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
Experience working with Agile/Scrum development teams.
Strong analytical, organizational, documentation, and communication skills.

Highly Desired Qualifications

Experience working in a Scrum Team or Agile development environment.
Experience with Selenium or other automated testing tools.
Experience testing software accessibility requirements.
Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
