Detailed Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Consultant.
Job Responsibilities:
· Lead AJO solution design
· integration with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP and platform configuration (offers, decisioning rules, triggers, journeys)
· Data & Schema Design: Define XDM schemas, identity stitching, real-time event models and customer attributes.
· Integration & Optimization: Partner with Data Engineering to optimize Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses for AJO activation.
· Journey Orchestration: Upgrade and scale customer journeys for better personalization; validate data flows and integration processes.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Email Ops, Marketing Ops, Martech, CRM, Legal and Brand teams.
· Documentation: Create platform configuration docs, use case mappings and QA plans
Must Have Skills:
· Adobe Journey Optimizer.
