Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Senior AWS Connect Engineers to design, develop, and implement complex enterprise software solutions. This role involves automating sales outreach calls and enhancing system functionalities. You will collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to provide design, development, and implementation expertise, focusing on code quality and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and prototype software modules, including service interfaces, process flows, and business logic, with a focus on AWS Connect and Lambda functions.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions and process flows in compliance with established standards and best practices.
- Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine the feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
- Assess functional and nonfunctional requirements to create designs that meet both business and technical needs.
- Create and maintain conceptual and detailed technical design documents.
- Identify, assess, and formulate architectural impacts and solutions from business requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and other technical resources on the delivery of application functionality.
- Participate in tier 3 application support, including incident management and the delivery of application upgrades.
Required Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) or equivalent experience.
Experience: Requires 4-6 years of related experience in software development.
Technical Skills:- Strong experience as an AWS Developer.
- Proficiency with AWS Connect and AWS Lambda.
- Experience evaluating and improving code quality and standards.
- Knowledge of programming concepts and software design.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is preferred.
