Job Description:-

Support PeopleSoft ERP implementation and maintenance by translating business requirements into functional configurations, process improvements, reports, and tested solutions.

Scope of Work:-

Gather business requirements and document functional specifications.
Design and redesign business processes.
Configure PeopleSoft modules and support enhancements or upgrades.
Participate in testing, change management, and end-user training.
Troubleshoot functional issues and document solutions.

Required Skills:-

PeopleSoft ERP implementation and production support.
Requirements gathering and business process analysis.
Functional configuration and testing.
Functional documentation and user training.
Troubleshooting and problem analysis.

Preferred Skills:-

PeopleSoft Financials / FSCM.
PeopleSoft HCM.
Enterprise Learning Management and Portal Suites.
Public-sector ERP implementations.
