Job Description:-

Support PeopleSoft ERP implementation and maintenance by translating business requirements into functional configurations, process improvements, reports, and tested solutions.

Scope of Work:-

  • Gather business requirements and document functional specifications.
  • Design and redesign business processes.
  • Configure PeopleSoft modules and support enhancements or upgrades.
  • Participate in testing, change management, and end-user training.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and document solutions.

Required Skills:-

  • PeopleSoft ERP implementation and production support.
  • Requirements gathering and business process analysis.
  • Functional configuration and testing.
  • Functional documentation and user training.
  • Troubleshooting and problem analysis.

Preferred Skills:- 

  • PeopleSoft Financials / FSCM.
  • PeopleSoft HCM.
  • Enterprise Learning Management and Portal Suites.
  • Public-sector ERP implementations.
