Job Title: Business Systems Analyst – Mortgage/Lending

Location: Remote

Experience: 7+ Years

Job Description

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst with experience in the Mortgage/Lending domain. The ideal candidate will work with business and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the implementation of mortgage and lending applications.

Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements.
Work with stakeholders to understand business needs.
Create functional specifications and user stories.
Support system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Coordinate with development and QA teams.
Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
Assist with system implementation and production support.
Ensure project deliverables are completed on time.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst.
Experience in Mortgage or Lending domain.
Knowledge of the mortgage loan lifecycle (origination, underwriting, closing, and servicing).
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
Basic SQL knowledge is preferred.
