Job Description ALLIE Claims Customer Engagement is focused on transforming how we conduct claims business through innovative digital solutions. Our team identifies customer friction and partners with technology, UX, and Claims Customer Success to design and deliver customer-facing tools to drive a simple, connected, and empowered experience.
Key Responsibilities - Analyze, understand and discover Allstate's current business processes, goals, and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and reuse within the business architecture while adhering to design principles and user experience.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and guides the implementation of initiative, operating at the capability-level, in support of broader platforms, and develops functional systems flow to ensure the efficacy of new capabilities.
- Ensure execution of initiatives, proactively engaging with stakeholder groups to collect insights and feedback.
- Develop and maintain business architecture models, frameworks, and roadmaps, production, quality, and customer service goals.
- Guide the implementation of the initiative, collaborating with stakeholders to align business strategies with AI solutions, working with other product owners to ensure integration between capabilities within a platform.
- Use customer feedback, detailed market analysis, and data gathering to provide recommendations on decisions about product strategy and iterations.
- Engage in discovery/test and learn activities to quickly validate assumptions and capability or solution direction to achieve business results.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business architecture solutions and make recommendations for enhancements as needed, performing process development, improvement, rollout, and integration activities, and optimizing process oversight with process agility.
Preferred Qualifications - 4 year Bachelors Degree.
- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- 5 or more years of experience.
Supervisory Responsibilities - This job does not have supervisory duties.
Travel - Must be able to travel up to 10%.

Compensation Compensation offered for this role is 100,000.00 - 170,500.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
