Position Overview

We are seeking a Clinical Informaticist to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in clinical data and quality measurement. In this role, you will bridge the gap between clinical and technical domains, supporting data validation, quality measurement programs, and health data interoperability.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Clinical Informatics Expertise: 5+ years of experience with clinical workflows, EHR systems, and clinical documentation.
Healthcare Data Standards: 5+ years of hands-on experience with HL7, FHIR, SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD, CPT, RxNorm, and data interoperability.
Quality Measurement & Validation: 3+ years of experience working with HEDIS, eCQMs, dQM, NCQA DAV, and Primary Source Validation (PSV).
Data Quality & Analytics: 3+ years analyzing, validating, and optimizing clinical data for accuracy and usability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: 3+ years bridging clinical needs and technical requirements across multidisciplinary teams.

Familiarity with Health Information Exchange (HIE) platforms.
Knowledge of SAS tools and analytics platforms.
Experience with product testing and technical functional validation.

Serve as the clinical SME on data use cases and clinical concepts.
