A candidate with a background in “Clinical Informatics” and experience at a payor or provider would probably check most of the boxes.
- "Must Have" Skills/Experience
- Experience with designing/testing/optimizing tech-enabled workflows in a healthcare setting
- Experience with EHRs, clinical decision support tools, or other similar software in a healthcare setting
- Strong analytical mindset with extreme attention to detail
- Experience with testing predictive analytics and traditional AI systems
- SQL and Excel proficiency
- “Nice to Have" Skills/Experience
- Experience with Gen AI, LLMs, and prompt testing
- Clinical licensure (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, Dietician, etc)
- Experience with claims and/or EHR data
