Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Coupa Automation Consultant to review our current Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) configuration, identify opportunities for improvement, and lead the delivery of agreed changes.
The consultant will partner with Procurement, Finance, AP, and IT stakeholders to simplify the purchasing journey, increase automation, and introduce AI-enabled capabilities.
They will also strengthen the integration that connects Coupa to the wider finance and enterprise landscape
8+ years of experience in procurement or finance systems, with 5+ years hands-on with Coupa P2P implementation, configuration, or optimization.
Proven track record of delivering Coupa enhancement or optimization projects end to end. Hands-on experience with Coupa workflows, approval chains, custom fields, forms, content groups, and role and permission configuration.
Experienced in implementing/evaluating AI/automation features in procurement or finance platforms.
Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to explain technical solutions to business users and drive decisions.
Assess configuration, workflows, custom fields, business rules, roles and permissions, and supplier onboarding.
Analyze process metrics such as cycle times, touchless invoice rate, PO compliance, approval bottlenecks, and exception volumes.
Identify gaps, manual workarounds, and unused or underused Coupa features
