Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, HRIS, Information Systems, Finance, or related discipline.
4+ years of enterprise timekeeping/workforce application configuration; direct Replicon administration/configuration strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of project time, approvals, time-off, employee/master-data synchronization, and downstream payroll/billing dependencies.
Experience supporting a global or multi-entity SaaS application in production.
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and business-facing requirements skills.
Required Technical / Functional Skills
Deltek Replicon administration and functional configuration.
Timesheet rules, approvals, project/time structures, time-off policies, user/access configuration, and exception handling.
Project time and billing/costing concepts for professional-services organizations.
API/file integration concepts, data mapping, reconciliation, and production support.
Testing, release impact assessment, auditability, and operational controls.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience integrating Replicon with Oracle HCM, SAP S/4HANA, Snowflake/data platforms, payroll, or resource-management applications.
Experience with global time/leave compliance and professional-services billing.
Deltek/Replicon product training or credentials where available through the employer’s Deltek learning program; relevant HRIS/timekeeping certifications are also beneficial.
