Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced ERP Functional professional with extensive DoD Working Capital Fund (DWCF) and Air Force financial systems experience to support a large federal ERP modernization initiative.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional expertise for DoD Working Capital Fund and Air Force financial business processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and testing teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Analyze business requirements and develop functional solution designs.
- Support backlog refinement and Agile sprint planning activities.
- Develop functional specifications, test plans, and detailed test scripts.
- Execute System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End (E2E), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Validate business processes and ensure solutions meet operational requirements.
- Support production deployments, release activities, and defect resolution.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of ERP capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of DoD Working Capital Fund (DWCF) experience.
- Extensive experience supporting ERP implementations or modernization efforts.
- Strong understanding of Air Force financial management and business processes.
- Experience working with DoD trading partners.
- Proven experience in:
- Functional Design
- Test Planning
- Test Script Development
- End-to-End Testing
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Release Support
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with one or more of the following Air Force financial systems:
- D035J / FIABS
- SMAS
- GAFS BQ/BL
Experience supporting Air Force logistics, sustainment, depot maintenance, financial management, or ERP modernization programs is highly desirable.
