About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise AI Solutions Architect to lead the design, governance, and enterprise adoption of next-generation AI platforms, including Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, Azure AI services, and agentic AI solutions.
This role is ideal for an architect who combines deep technical expertise with strong governance, security, and enterprise architecture experience. You will establish standards, reference architectures, design patterns, and operational guardrails that enable scalable and secure AI adoption across a large enterprise environment.
You will work closely with Architecture, Security, Risk, Compliance, Data Governance, Platform Engineering, and Business stakeholders to ensure AI-powered solutions deliver business value while meeting enterprise governance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Cloud Architecture, or Software Engineering.
- Strong experience designing enterprise solutions across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SaaS, cloud, integration, and enterprise application environments.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Power Platform
- Power Automate
- Dataverse
- Microsoft Graph
- Azure AI Services
- Azure OpenAI
- Experience creating architecture standards, governance frameworks, reference architectures, and solution design patterns.
- Strong understanding of:
- AI Governance
- Identity & Access Management
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
- API Security
- Enterprise Security Controls
- Compliance & Privacy Requirements
- Responsible AI Practices
- Experience integrating enterprise applications, APIs, workflow platforms, and knowledge repositories.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to present architectural recommendations to both executive and technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within highly regulated industries such as Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, or Healthcare.
- Hands-on experience with Claude or Anthropic-based AI platforms.

- AI Agent Frameworks
- Experience building enterprise AI assistants, agents, workflow automations, and human-in-the-loop solutions.
- Strong understanding of RAG architecture, semantic search, enterprise knowledge management, and AI observability.
- Microsoft certifications in Azure, Power Platform, Security, Microsoft 365, or Solution Architecture.
- Previous involvement in AI Centers of Excellence (CoE), governance boards, or enterprise AI transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be a senior architect with a proven background implementing and governing enterprise AI solutions within large-scale Microsoft environments. You should possess a blend of architecture leadership, governance expertise, AI platform knowledge, security awareness, and hands-on technical capabilities necessary to drive responsible AI adoption at enterprise scale.
