Enterprise component standards for Microsoft Copilot Studio, Copilot Cowork, and Claude Cowork.
Reference architecture for Copilot agents, Cowork-enabled workflows, Claude Cowork multi-step autonomous workflows, integrations, data access, and
enterprise deployment.
Reusable design pattern catalog for common agent, workflow, knowledge-grounding, approval, escalation, and integration scenarios.
Solution design template and architecture review checklist for Copilot Studio, Copilot Cowork, and Claude Cowork implementations.
Guardrails for security, privacy, data governance, responsible AI, connector usage, identity and access, auditability, monitoring, and operational readiness.
Endpoint and desktop governance guidance for Claude Cowork, including device configuration, local file and application access boundaries, and managed
deployment controls.
Platform selection guidance that clarifies when to use Copilot Studio, Copilot Cowork, or Claude Cowork for a given business scenario.
Environment, tenant, lifecycle management, deployment, and support model guidance for enterprise adoption.
Decision records and exception-handling process for solution-specific architecture, security, or governance deviations.
Executive-ready recommendations, roadmap input, and adoption guidance for scaling Copilot Studio, Copilot Cowork, and Claude Cowork across the
enterprise.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Eight or more years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, platform architecture, software engineering, cloud engineering, or
technology delivery.
Experience designing and governing enterprise solutions across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, cloud, SaaS, data, integration, and enterprise application
environments.
Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Copilot Cowork, Claude Cowork, Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility, Power Platform, Power Automate,
Dataverse, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, Azure services, or comparable AI and automation platforms.
Experience creating architecture standards, reference architectures, design patterns, solution guardrails, and architecture review criteria.
Strong understanding of identity and access management, data loss prevention, connector governance, API security, endpoint security, logging, monitoring,
billing controls, and operational readiness.
Strong understanding of responsible AI, AI governance, human oversight, content grounding, privacy, sensitive data handling, auditability, and compliance
expectations.
Experience designing integrations across APIs, Microsoft 365 services, enterprise applications, workflow platforms, data platforms, and knowledge
repositories.
Experience working within Agile, DevOps, SDLC, architecture governance, technology risk management, and change management practices.
Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to explain complex architecture topics to both executive and technical audiences.
