Position Summary: THE CLIENT is seeking a IT Project Manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale IT projects, particularly those involving Epic or Cerner systems. The ideal candidate will be PMP certified, possess strong communication skills, and have a proven track record of working with leadership teams and Joint Venture Partners (large healthcare organizations such as Baylor, Scott and White Health, CommonSpirit Health, and Tenet Healthcare).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple large-scale IT projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, adhering to best practices and methodologies.
Collaborate closely with THE CLIENT leadership and Joint Venture Partners to align project goals with organizational objectives.
Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Ensure projects comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to keep projects on track.

Qualifications:

PMP certification is preferred.
Extensive experience as an IT Project Manager, specifically with Epic or Cerner systems.
Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with leadership teams and Joint Venture Partners.
Experience working with healthcare organizations and understanding of healthcare IT systems.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with other healthcare IT systems and technologies.
Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and standards.
Previous experience in a consulting or advisory role.
Ability to interpret and understand contracts
